Jessica Wade

Jessica Wade serves as Program Director for Healthy Start San Bernardino. With more than a decade of experience supporting communities with limited access to care, her commitment to NICU families is deeply personal. After delivering her first son 12 weeks early and navigating a 143-day NICU stay, she dedicated her career to helping other parents facing similar challenges.

Jessica’s educational background includes Early Childhood Administration and Public Health. She is a certified Full Spectrum Doula and Lactation Education Specialist, and she serves on several advisory boards and committees focused on maternal and infant health.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys time with her family, staying active through Zumba, and serving her community through her church.
