Diana Hernandez

Diana Hernandez is a bilingual Care Coordinator with Healthy Start San Bernardino. As a first-generation Mexican American, she brings both personal perspective and professional training to her work as a Lactation Educator and student midwife. She supports diverse heritage groups across the Inland Empire by helping them connect to perinatal care, community resources, and services that strengthen maternal and infant health.

In her role, Diana works to improve access to care and reduce community and environmental factors that can affect pregnancy and early childhood outcomes.
